Deliveries of orders you have placed should be with you within 5 – 7 working days. If there are any delays due to your chosen item(s) being out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
Carriage charge is £5.00 per delivery.

If a delivery arrives and the product(s) are damaged or faulty you will need to notify the Orpington Branch as soon as possible or within 5 days of delivery date to allow us to rectify the problem.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your goods you are welcome to return them to us, at your cost plus a 15% handling charge, within 7 days of receiving the order.
If returning the products they must be in their original packaging for a refund of the product price less 15% handling charge.
Returns must be sent to the above address and a copy of the invoice should be enclosed for any refund or exchange. We cannot accept responsibility for any losses. Please obtain proof of posting. We will not refund on goods that have been made to measure unless they are seen to be faulty by us
