1. What is the usual delivery time?
Delivery on all stock items is usually within 5 – 7 working days. However if product is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.
2. What are the carriage charges?
Carriage charges apply to all orders. The charge for a delivery is £5.00
3. Is it possible to have my order delivered to another address?
Yes this is possible. Just put the required delivery address in the section on the checkout page.
4. What if there is a problem with my delivery?

5. What is the 20% discount valid on?
The 20% discount is redeemable on all online orders: tracks, poles, ready-made curtains, accessories etc. The discount is not redeemable on made to measure goods as they are only available to be ordered in-store.
